Personal data will be processed / stored for the shortest time necessary in order to enable your enquiries, payment management, contracted career service provision and our accounts to be managed appropriately, after that time your personal data will be deleted.
Personal data will be treated in the strictest confidence and is not shared with third parties. However it may be necessary to share records held for financial reporting and tax purposes with an accountant and/or HMRC.

Interview Success provides personally tailored career guidance, coaching and CV writing services.
Interview Success only collects and processes your personal data in a confidential and lawful way.
Interview Success directly collects personal data given by you, over the telephone, by email, Skype or by face to face contact. Personal data includes your CV, notes taken during initial consultations and coaching sessions, your telephone number, email address and address.
Website Usage
Interview Success uses '1&1 IONOS Ltd.' to host the website. Interview Success does not collect personal data about you when you visit the website, however anonymous tracking data is collected and analysed by Google Analytics and Matomo to help determine the effectiveness of advertising. As individuals cannot be identified by this data it is not considered to be covered by the General Data Protection Regulations.
Email Services
Interview Success uses '1&1 IONOS Ltd.' to provide email services which are subject to '1&1 IONOS Ltd.' privacy conditions.
Initial enquiry - Consent
During your initial enquiry by telephone or email, only personal data relevant to the provision of career services to you is requested. Consent is deemed to have been given, by you providing the requested personal data about yourself. To withdraw your consent and have your personal data deleted, you will need to contact Becky Mapley by email.
Invoice/Payment records - Legal
Invoice/Payments are processed by PayPal, according to their privacy conditions. Records held for financial reporting and tax purposes are limited to your name, services purchased, price paid and dates of delivery
Service Provision - Contract
Personal data given during the initial enquiry will be used to provide you with the contracted career service. To fulfil the contracted career service, additional relevant personal information may also be requested from you, by telephone, email, Skype or face to face contact.
Personal data is only used to provide you with career guidance, help and support through provision of a contracted career service. Your personal data will be treated in the strictest confidence and is not shared with third parties. However it may be necessary to share records held for financial reporting and tax purposes with an accountant and/or HMRC.
All personal data held by Interview Success is stored securely in order to maintain confidentiality and minimise the risk that records may be viewed by people outside the company.
Personal data not used for providing a service is kept for 6 months, unless consent is withdrawn in which case it will be deleted immediately. (e.g. contact information)
Personal data given contractually including initial consultation, CV and coaching notes is kept for 6 months after your last purchase of a service from the company.
Completed CV's are kept electronically for 12 months
Payment records for accountancy and HMRC purposes are retained for 7 years
All personal data exceeding the above timescales will be securely deleted.
If at any point you believe the personal data Interview Success holds and processes about you is incorrect, you have the rights to see the data and have it corrected or deleted, you will need to contact Becky Mapley by email.
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding Interview Success's handling of your personal data, you will need contact Becky Mapley by email.
If you are not satisfied with the response from Interview Success regarding the above or you believe the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.

All orders made by you and accepted by Interview Success are subject to these terms and conditions.
All requests for interview coaching, CV writing or other services are subject to acceptance by Becky Mapley.
If you have requested a coaching session, Becky will contact you to discuss your coaching needs and suggest how she can help you reach your goals. This initial consultation is free of charge and may last up to 15 minutes.
All orders placed with Interview Success are subject to these terms and conditions. You are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, when you place an order with Interview Success.
When you book a CV writing service or a coaching session, you will be asked to provide a copy of your CV and a job description for the role(s) that you are interested in, so that the sessions can be tailored towards these roles. We will also agree a convenient time for the session.
As all coaching is bespoke and tailored to you this requires thorough planning before the session. Therefore payment is required when you book the session to confirm your place.
If we agree an appointment time before payment is received, your booking will be treated as provisional and I will not start planning the session until payment is received.
Provisional bookings will be rearranged or cancelled if payment is not received in time to plan the session. I may have to rearrange provisional bookings if another client who has already paid for the session requests the same time.
All new CVs include one round of changes. Please thoroughly review your CV and notify me of any amendments you wish to make within ten days of receiving your CV via a single email or phone call. As your CV will already have been tailored to a role of your choice, an additional charge will apply if you request this to be tailored to an alternative role. Once the changes have been made, any additional changes will incur an additional charge.
Payments for CV Writing and Coaching services are processed by PayPal, and
can be made via many credit or debit cards or through your PayPal account.
Becky Mapley will email you a PayPal invoice, when you place an order. Further

Becky Mapley is not responsible for any delays or losses if the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, or if you do not pass any validation checks which PayPal may use.
Please note that credit / debit card transactions and bank payments usually arrive instantly. However, be aware that PayPal balance transactions (e-cheques) can take up to 10 days to arrive if your PayPal account does not contain sufficient funds and does not have both a bank account and a credit / debit card linked to the account.
A booking for a CV Writing or Coaching service is not confirmed until full payment for the coaching session has been received and preparation work for the session will not start until payment is made.
All details, descriptions and prices on www.interviewsuccess.co.uk are correct at the time of publication. Becky Mapley reserves the right to change or withdraw any services and alter the prices or specification of the services provided.
Interview Success and its coach Becky Mapley cannot guarantee the outcome of your interview or application. We are not responsible for your success or any potential job offers which may follow from our advice. Equally we are not responsible for any lack of results of using our coaching services or following our advice. We are not liable for any costs, loss of revenue or indirect losses whatsoever as a result of using our coaching services.
On rare occasions I may have to cancel or rearrange your coaching. If I have to do this then I will offer you an alternative session or an immediate full refund. If cancellation is made by Becky Mapley within 24 hours of the scheduled session you will be offered an alternative coaching session at a 50% reduction.
Start of work is deemed to be at the end of the free initial consultation between Becky Mapley and the client, and after the order and payment for the service has been received.
Client cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the agreed coaching session start time will be charged in full. Client cancellations received between 48-24 hours prior to the coaching session will be charged 50% of the fee to cover the time spent preparing for the session, if you decide not to reschedule.
An administration fee of £25 will be applied to any CV Writing refunds.

All resources and materials supplied by Interview Success, whether in a printed or electronic format are for your sole use as a client of Interview Success. These materials must not be adapted, modified, duplicated, or transmitted or shared with third parties. This includes, but is not limited to; friends, family, colleagues, schools, colleges, universities, training providers, being shared on websites or other media platforms.
Under copyright law you need to gain permission from Becky Mapley before you, or a third party can use these resources for any other purposes other than personal use by a client of Interview Success.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be deemed to have read and accepted the version of the terms and conditions which was sent to you when you placed your order.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales.
