This is an example package. As an HR Professional, I will create a personal coaching package tailored to your own needs, that will help you return to work after a career break.
If you have been out of the working environment for a while, perhaps after a period of ill health or looking after children, it can sometimes seem difficult to determine how you can return to work.

Learn to sell yourself effectively to help you gain the roles you want.
Practice and refine your interview skills, whilst receiving constructive feedback and guidance.
This example package consists of four hours of coaching that is typically selected from the sessions outlined below. The timescales are approximate and are flexible, so you can spend less time on a specific element and therefore more time on another element. Additional coaching sessions or CV writing services are available at a 20% discount to customers purchasing this package.
Personal coaching sessions are available at £125 per 60 minutes or £175 for 90 minutes, these sessions suit people who only require support with a specific area of their career.
During a free 10-15 minute telephone consultation we discuss your goals, the challenges you are facing and your specific concerns, this will enable me to target these issues during the coaching sessions. In order to prepare your coaching sessions, I may ask you to provide your CV and a target job description.
Career Focus (30-90 minutes, as required) This session can last as little as 30 minutes, or it can include a comprehensive skills assessment to identify your skills, experience, passions and motivations.
Learn to recognise your skills including any new skills you may have developed during your career break.
Career Planning (30-90 minutes, as required) The length of this session will depend on whether you already have a career goal, and how much time you wish to spend discussing potential opportunities.
Determine which roles to apply for by exploring and evaluating your career options, so you can identify the most appealing option.
Learn to only apply for roles that you will realistically be interviewed for based on your current skills.
Learn to develop long and short term career objectives. (as required)
Learn to find family friendly roles that enable you to work part time, or term time. (as required)
Marketing (60 minutes) (as required)
Learn how and where to search for suitable roles.
Mock Interview and Interview Coaching (90 minutes)
Practice and develop your interview skills, so you can confidently explain your skills, what you have been doing during your career break and convince companies to hire you.
