Many people find it difficult to recognise their strengths and unique selling points, making it extremely difficult to communicate these to an employer. Personal Branding coaching helps you to learn how to stand out from other people by enabling you to demonstrate your strengths and skills, whether your goal is to secure a new role, obtain promotion or develop your professional reputation.
Identify your skills, experience, passions and motivations to understand
your Unique Selling Points (USP).
Learn how to market yourself to an employer by demonstrating that you are the right person to help them.
Learn how to demonstrate your expertise and develop your professional reputation.
This example package consists of four hours of coaching that is typically delivered in sessions as outlined below. The timescales are approximate and are flexible, so you can spend less time on a specific element and therefore more time on another element. Additional coaching sessions or CV writing services are available at a 20% discount to customers purchasing this package.
Personal coaching sessions are available £125 per 60 minutes or £175 for 90 minutes, these sessions suit people who only require support with a specific area of their career.
During a free 10-15 minute telephone consultation we discuss your goals, the challenges you are facing and your specific concerns, which will enable me to target these issues during the coaching sessions. In order to prepare your coaching session, I may also ask you to provide your CV and a target job description.
Career Focus and Identifying your USP (90 minute session)
Prior to the first session, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive assessment to identify your skills, experience, passions and motivations which we will review during the session.
Learn to establish what is most important to you, and how you can include this
in your career or personal life to bring you satisfaction.
Identify the skills that you most enjoy using.
Learn to develop these into a series of Unique Selling Points. For clarity, I will summarize these in a short report before the next session.
Developing your USP (60 minute session)
Learn to develop your Unique Selling Points and differentiate yourself by explaining to recruiters and hiring managers that you are the perfect solution to their recruitment needs.
Identify the range of problems you can solve, and look at how
you can make people aware of what you offer.
Marketing/Selling your skills (90 minute session) The content of this session will depend on your goals.
Learn how to market your newly developed brand so your existing/new employer is aware of what you can offer.
Learn to raise your profile through networking with relevant managers so they are aware of what you can offer.
Learn to adapt your CV and LinkedIn profile to promote a consistent brand image.
Ensure that your brand is well packaged/presented by putting a strategy in place to improve how you come across to others and manage any aspects which may detract from your brand.
Determine which companies and recruitment agencies to target.
